We start out childcare search by finding seasoned individuals that truly love working with children and are as passionate about children as Jennifer and the rest of our babysitting team. We perform a multi-step babysitter interview process that refines our candidates down to a small select group and then submit them thru an extensive background investigation that ultimate takes our pool down to the very finest babysitters and nannies that we all want working with our children.
