Trish and Matt Flewelling are the owners of SeekingSitters Jacksonville-East. Trish was born in Japan and raised in Oklahoma. Trish graduated with a Bachelors of Arts in Journalism from the University of Oklahoma and has a background in customer service and job placement. She is proud to call herself a "Boomer Sooner"! Matt was born and raised in upstate New York and graduated from Hartwick College with a degree in Business Management. Matt is currently working with the Department of Homeland Security as a specialist in security compliance. While living in South Carolina, they owned an auction company specializing in antiques and collectibles.

Matt's work in security compliance led them to Jacksonville, Florida which became home after Matt and Trish adopted their son Bryce from China. They quickly discovered that finding a perfect babysitter that they could trust in their home was a challenge. SeekingSitters was there to help! After their previous experience owning a company, the Flewelling's wanted the opportunity to be business owners again and started exploring franchise options. Barbra has watched my children a couple times now and is more than wonderful! I have a 10 month old and feel 110% comfortable leaving him under her supervision. She's so motherly with him.
